1. Checking news, emails, or messages first thing in the morning.

INSTEAD: Get up. Meditate. Set your intention. Fill your morning with positive influences. Exercise.


2. Wasting countless hours a day on Netflix, scrolling, procrastinating. Doing that thing that you know is bad for you and you want to get a grip on.

INSTEAD: Read. Learn a new skill. Sign up to a course. Spend your time doing something meaningful.


3. Not taking action. We’ve all been there, lack of motivation, fear of failing, not being good enough, it not working out. If you don't try you can't succeed.

INSTEAD: Promise yourself that you will take action, and have someone else hold you accountable.

Well, first of it's delicious! Some brands can be a bit bitter, so try a few different ones out. I like the organic Woolworths brand, Macro ;) I think it's quite smooth, and I add a little honey if I feel like it. Use any milk you like. I also add some cinnamon, turmeric and chilli, and coconut oil, which all have their own health benefits.

It's been a few months now since I stopped drinking caffein all together and this gives me a little energy boost and wakes me up. One tiny little cup is all I need

It is also a great heart opener - which is absolutely needed, opening the gateway to your inner spirit and wisdom. It also grounds us in the present moment and is an energetic healer.
